1. Returns and Exchanges

If the return or exchange is not due to our error or covered by our manufacturer's defect warranty, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Product Not Arrived

We aim to deliver products within 3-8 days, including 1-2 business days for preparation and shipment. If your products haven’t arrived within 15 days, please allow an additional 5 days due to potential delays from weather, postal services, or customs. If your order has not arrived after a total of 20 days, we will issue a 100% refund. Contact us at support@donrams.com if you experience delays.

4. Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please send photos or videos of the damage to support@donrams.com. After verification, you can choose a replacement at no extra cost or a 100% refund.

5. Defective or Broken (Manufacturer’s Fault)

Report any defects within 30 days of product arrival. If a product fails due to a manufacturer’s fault, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund. Contact support@donrams.com with details.

6. Change of Opinion

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for unused items in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at support@donrams.com to start the return process.

7. Exchange

8. Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item at support@donrams.com. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

9. Warranty Policy

Manufacturer’s Warranty: Donrams.com provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages from improper handling, such as dropping the product or deliberate misuse. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion and expense. Refunds are not included in the warranty; only repairs or replacements are offered.
